Blue Zones

A blue zone refers to a region in the world where people tend to live longer and healthier lives, often attributed to factors such as the environment, diet, lifestyle and community.

Blue Zones were popularised by journalist, Dan Buettner, who identified and studied areas with high life expectancy, and overall well-being.
What if you could
live a longer life with your health intact?
What would make
a difference to your mental and physical wellbeing?
Our programmes incorporate key elements of the Blue Zone research by providing a ‘one stop shop’ for the testing and the support you need to know and understand your own longevity indicators with a personalised protocol to optimise your health.

Starting Local

Creating a Blue Zone

We believe we can do even more to help people live long and well. With the support of others, we are working to create our own local Blue Zone with people who share this vision to make our local community healthier and happier.
