‘My health situation has not been poor as I have always maintained a good level of fitness, however, due to personal circumstances over the last 12 to 14 months, my life has become incredibly busy with short cuts being taken more in the area of healthy eating rather than the area of exercise.
My sessions with Jane have provided me with valuable advice and guidance and have helped me to regain and pursue healthy eating habits which has been enhanced by the new information provided around blood sugar balancing, good and bad types of food and the science behind why.
Whilst my achievements have been focussing on small, cumulative changes, we both felt this was more attainable than focussing on a big picture, long term strategy. This came about through various discussions as part of the initial sessions. Jane is a good listener and more importantly digested the information I provided which allowed Jane to adapt our sessions to suit my method of learning and to define achievable outcomes which aligned to my current lifestyle.
Working with Jane has made me more cognizant of the impact of good and, more importantly, bad food combinations and the wide-ranging impacts they can have on a daily basis. It has allowed me to incorporate consistent, healthy eating into a busy lifestyle.’
